Well worth the wait, a fantastic machine from Fellow!
After my own research, I decided to take the plunge (no pun intended) and purchase this coffee machine - which despite arriving late, was handled excellently by Origin's customer service as they kept me informed on the progress of my delivery. And since unboxing and switching it on, it's not disappointed at all. I emailed Fellow letting them they should take more care in the finish of their products (I have 3, and they all have fallen on the quality of the finish). But inside, the machine works it's magic and delivers some amazing coffee everyday. Thank you Origin, and thank you Fellow!

The rumours are true
All the reviews of Fellow's new automatic brewer are true; this machine can make some pretty amazing cups that are as good as a very good V60. And it's infuriating!
The Aiden is in an interesting position which isn't compatible to similar brewers. It appeals to the coffee purist in teams of getting the grind size right, using the best water available, setting the amount of pulses, the temperature of your water...and yet in its very skin and what it is designed to do, it is not purist. But thanks to its ability to amend and add profiles, it can still appeal to a particular kind of coffee purist who needs to have their hands free or who can't spend an awful lot of time creating coffee magic each day. The home barista parent is the best example that comes to mind. As a parent myself, Aiden is going to help me out a lot because I can set it and forget it and I'm almost always guaranteed a brew that is as good and quite often better than the one I would produce while juggling a toddler and a baby. For anyone equally that finds they are having to increasingly return to the office or are in demand more than you once were, this is the ideal tool. It'll pull out all those notes you want while doing it quietly in the background of your life.
There have been some criticisms for the use of plastic in creating this brewer and, honestly, not I have it on my worktop I can say that unless you really don't look after it or throw things at it for some reason, it will last you just fine. Yes,…

Fellow have really excelled with this machine. A wonderful piece of kit. Covers single serve and batch brewing options. Gives you complete control over brew ratios, temperature control, bloom times, water volume etc. All variables can be adjusted, and saved, via the machine or using the compatible app. A joy to use!
Origin customer service has been exceptional, from the initial order through to delivery. A very happy customer here!
