All the reviews of Fellow's new automatic brewer are true; this machine can make some pretty amazing cups that are as good as a very good V60. And it's infuriating!
The Aiden is in an interesting position which isn't compatible to similar brewers. It appeals to the coffee purist in teams of getting the grind size right, using the best water available, setting the amount of pulses, the temperature of your water...and yet in its very skin and what it is designed to do, it is not purist. But thanks to its ability to amend and add profiles, it can still appeal to a particular kind of coffee purist who needs to have their hands free or who can't spend an awful lot of time creating coffee magic each day. As a parent myself, Aiden is going to help me out a lot because I can set it and forget it and I'm almost always guaranteed a brew that is as good and quite often better than the one I would produce while juggling a toddler and a baby. For anyone equally that finds they are having to increasingly return to the office or are in demand more than you once were, this is the ideal tool. It'll pull out all those notes you want while doing it quietly in the background of your life.
