Our Resolute blend brings together some of our largest direct trade relationships. We roast to both highlight the terroir of the coffee and to create a final cup that is approachable, bold and sweet.
San Fermin comes from a community lot from a group of small producers around the towns of Planadas and Gaitania at the southern end of Tolima. We travel there each year to re-calibrate with our team, to re-compose the lot with the small batches of green coffee that each producer makes, and to discuss how to keep improving the final cup.
The Brazilian farm São João with its massive footprint and large rolling hills, is almost the antithesis of the small farms that make up San Fermin, but they are built on the same ideals; careful, considerate creation of coffee that reflects the diversity of flavours and the people and places it comes from.
