Resolute is a carefully curated blend, made up of Matambo and Los Altos:
Matambo
Jovenes Matambo is a collective of young coffee producers, aged 28 to 35, tackling the coffee industry’s aging farmer challenge. Historically, low returns and challenging conditions pushed younger generations away from coffee farming. This group, however, has leveraged advanced training in quality control, agronomy, and business management to improve yields and profitability.
Their approach has raised quality and secured better prices, creating a sustainable path forward. This coffee reflects their precise methods, delivering a balanced, distinctive profile that supports the future of coffee farming.
Los Altos is a 70-hectare farm at the base of Kilambé Mountain. With the Mierisch family working with Origin for over a decade, Los Altos coffee has become a central part to our offering. This coffee is roasted to highlight the farm’s terroir and identity, resulting in a crisp, smooth, and flavourful cup. The blend draws from higher altitudes to emphasise acidity, while maintaining the terroir's sweet nuttiness.

Breakfast coffee of choice
