  • Santiago Londoño produces world-class coffees on his farm, Manantiales del Frontino, winning the Colombian Cup of Excellence in 2018, and Coffee of the Year in 2011.

The farm's landscape is carefully designed to enhance biodiversity, a strategy also used to improve crop resilience. 45% of the land remains a natural primary forest reserve, safeguarding the region's rich ecosystem.

Santiago has implemented social programs specifically designed to improve working conditions for the women on the farm and empower them to generate their own income. Recognising their vital role in the community, these programs include reducing the maximum weight women carry during harvesting, scheduling work hours around school hours for easier childcare, and organising community sports events for children.

Manantiales del Frontino undergoes a unique processing method, starting with anaerobic fermentation in the cherry for 92 hours, depulping, then further anaerobically fermented in mucilage for 36 hours. The coffee is then dried for 5 days using a blend of silo and sun drying. The result is a complex and fruity profile that carries a clean floral delicacy through to the final cup.
