Sourcing Photo Diaries: Colombia 2024
Journey behind the scenes of our latest coffee sourcing trip to Colombia with Director of Coffee, Freda Yuan.
Sourcing in Colombia
Our sourcing trips go beyond finding the world’s best coffee, they're about forging lasting connections with the farmers who cultivate them, sharing knowledge, and empowering the wider coffee community to command more from their coffee - better quality, better pay, and better practices for both people and planet.
By sharing these experiences with you, we hope to bring you closer to the incredible people and processes behind your cup. A way of honouring the passion and dedication that goes into crafting the exceptional coffee we're proud to serve.

Building Relationships
"While in Colombia, I visited several female producers involved in our Atlas Decaf Project. I sourced some exceptional coffees from them that we'll be highlighting as feature coffees over the next year and during Women Producers Month. I've been working closely with these producers to enhance the quality of their crops and processing methods, helping them secure higher prices for their coffee. It’s always such a pleasure to foster these relationships and support their success in this way."
- Freda Yuan, Director of Coffee
