San Fermin is a collaborative project of over 50 producers from Planadas municipality, transforming lives through high-quality coffee production and sustainable farming. Since its inception, San Fermin has empowered farmers, enhancing living conditions and boosting incomes. Producers have adopted innovative practices like planting diverse coffee varieties, improving tree nutrition, and upgrading wet mills and drying areas, resulting in increased yields and coffee quality. Despite challenges like climate change and heavy rains since 2021, these resilient farmers remain committed to excellence.
