Origin
Sitting close to the equator, Colombia’s diverse landscape provides optimal growing conditions, with most of the country’s coffee grown in shade. Cultivated across the entire country, nuances in flavour can be found between regions. Coffee grown in the north is associated with deeper, earthier flavours, and classic, well-loved tasting notes of nuts and chocolate. Central Colombia offers more balanced, fruity and herbal notes, whilst southern regions produce a smooth, medium body with high sweetness and citrus notes.
