Latte Art
This was a great afternoon of learning what makes the perfect espresso and mastering latte art. We had a lot of fun experimenting and tasting, and with Cory at the helm and a lot of milk we finished slightly better than we started! We went home buzzing, both from the enjoyment and the caffeine! Definitely recommend.

BRILLIANT afternoon -
Thank you so much to Izzy - we had such a laugh doing this course. Learnt an awful too, especially about the extraction and steaming the milk. Cannot recommend this course highly enough. Origin coffee is such a lovely space too. My art was questionable, but Izzy was very patient!! Instead of a swan mine looked like a dragon and I also did a ghost - I am available for Halloween specials!!
I did drink a lot of the coffee we made and was completely wired for the rest of the evening! :) You do not need to drink as much as I did!

Absolutely Brilliant
Took this course today, had 3 peers all starting from scratch- I however have been a barista for years wanting to refine my skills. Our instructor Corey was excellent, patient and knowledgeable. Had lots of fun and got what I came for. Definitely worth it. Would recommend. I have attached my before and after :)
