The farm, a 1.5-hectare plot in the La Coipa district, is home to Marshell variety coffee plants, known for their superior flavour and resilience. William carefully experiments with fermentation methods to enhance his coffee’s characteristics, resulting in this washed coffee with a smooth and fruity flavour profile, reminiscent of a cherry bakewell.
Sustainability is at the core of William’s farming practices. With his family involved in every step, from cultivation to harvest, the farm prioritises manual methods and minimal chemical use. The coffee is grown with respect for the land, and William’s plans for future exotic varieties show his long-term commitment to both quality and environmental stewardship.
