Most storage canisters are 'airtight', which means they lock air in with the contents. The Airscape forces unwanted air out of the canister, extending the life of your coffee.

Essential kit!
This is a great idea very well executed. Keeping especially coffee (or anything like that) fresh is a critical part of brewing up a great mug. And this particular piece of kit is well designed, simple to use, does the job and stylish to boot. What you waiting for?

Great canister, looks lovely and very functional
