Los Altos Mossto - Pink Lemondate, Melon, Toffee
From Erwin Mierisch, this Red Catuai microlot coffee is fermented in the leachate of previously anaerobically fermented Javanica cherries.
San Antonio Guineyal - Apricot Nectar, Banana, Sparkling Wine
A tribute to the first coffee that connected Origin and Carlos Pola in 2014, this semi-washed Pacamara hails from the same plot, and uses the same processing method.
Santa Elena Tablón - Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Milk Chocolate
Honouring the impressive Santa Elena centennial trees, Fernando Lima processed this coffee using traditional methods, resulting in a remarkably balanced profile.
