There are three primary ways we source coffee: direct trade, through importers or through collaborative importer partnerships. We currently purchase over 90% of our coffees through direct trade. 

We roast all of the green coffee we source at our Roastery in Cornwall; we roast lightly to complement and enhance the individual characteristics of the crops. Read more about our approach to sourcing and roasting here.
